If you are looking to present a local or national telephone presence internationally, Option Telecom can provide your business with numbers from over 100 countries around the world, without the costs of you being physically located there. Calls can be routed intelligently to your office or multiple offices, regardless of their locations or time zone.
There are three International number types available. Local (PSTN), Freephone (ITFS) and Universal Freephone (UIFN)
(ITFS) International Freephone. These toll free or free call numbers mainly have the prefix 0800 and are recognised as the in-country freephone number. A separate number will be needed for each country required. They can only be called from the country they have been set up in.

(UIFN) Universal Freephone . These numbers are very similar to the ITFS numbers, except each country 800 number will be identical other than its prefix, allowing you to publish a single freephone number across many countries. Callers dialling UIFN numbers will mainly need to dial the prefix 00 800 then the rest of the number. Again, the numbers can only be dialled from within the country they have been set up in.
(PSTN) International Regional. As the name indicates, these numbers will correspond to a local or regional place within a country. Callers will dial the number in exactly the same way they would call a local number in their country. Unlike freephone ITFS and UIFN numbers, PSTN numbers can be called internationally by dialling the country code first.
