Our business is nothing without our people. Option Telecom Ltd takes pride in selecting people from a "Service" background as opposed to the traditional "Sales" background. The telecommunications industry is product based, but behind the scenes our people do a great deal of work to ensure we continue to offer a complete service to our customers. We work not only during the initial sign up, but also for life of the "Agreement" to come thereafter. The implementation of the "Service Level Commitment" ensures your telecoms provision is regularly checked and monitored, freeing valuable management time for our clients. This will allow them to focus on the running of their own business.

Automated Quarterly Reviews

We will check for new products (new pricing plans from carriers)
Repackage (change in usage)
Check carrier reliability (i.e. any service problems/ queries)
Discuss expansion of service (products other than LCR)

So you do not have to search the market for a more effective product, we will do that for you.

Management

Smart Billing

Continuous monitoring of your bill for restricted/ defined call usage
Parameters by type of call (national/ international)
Parameters by time of call (e.g. night restriction of national/ international calls)
Next day notification of any breaches/ or misuse

So you do not have to monitor your bill, we will do it for you

The commitment will mean that our clients do not have to use their own time to save money on call costs, monitor telecoms usage, or waste time attempting to understand new products and how they may be applied to their business.

This commitment will ensure that we constantly check the market for cost savings for our clients, we manage the account usage to our clients' specification and we regularly communicate to ensure that any queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

This will mean Option Telecom will provide both the highest standard of service and a good quality product. Simplicity and service are vital to us. Yet we continually strive to make the process of managing our accounts more effective and client focused. If it can be done more conveniently or simpler, we will find a way.
